The Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law is an independent scholarly legal publication founded as the Journal of Entertainment Law and Practice in 1998 by the students of Vanderbilt University Law School. Since its conception, the Journal has achieved national and international circulation and recognition as a leading forum for multidisciplinary discourse on emerging issues at the forefront of technology, entertainment, and sports law.
